STAT 331 Review
In this first week, we will start with a review of concepts from Introduction to Statistical Computing in R—data visualizations with ggplot2, data wrangling with dplyr and tidyr. We will use reviewing creating reproducible documents with Quarto and using R projects as an opportunity to introduce you to version control with git and GitHub.
It is possible that you might not need to review every topic from this section. To gauge your understanding, at the beginning of each section there are “check-in” questions assessing your knowledge on a particular topic. If you can easily answer these questions, you can feel free to skip this review topic. If, however, the answers to some questions are not obvious, we have provided readings and / or videos to review the necessary concepts.
